Members of the Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association, under the guidance and direction of Vice President Sharry Lovan, have recently been visiting area schools to introduce students to bluegrass music, history and instruments.
Students are treated to a mini concert by the group of musicians and then visit afterwards with them. They have one-on-one interaction and receive basic information and instruction on whatever instrument they choose. Many students find it hard to pick just one!
